Tbsp / Bayswater

There’s been a lot of improvements around the Bayswater area since we were last here. The best of these is Tbsp. a long and narrow venue that has opened in our absence. You’ll find it on King William Street, unassuming but comfortable in its simple fit out.  We enjoyed the light steaming in from the front window. Finding ourselves a table and a menu, we decided what we wanted before ordering and paying at the counter. We enjoyed our coffees, a nice flavour and foam, and served at a drinkable texture. The beautiful insulated glass was just a bonus. Tbsp. has taken some simple dishes and added a twist to make them very special. The highlight for us was the Kimchi Grilled Cheese. We decided to add bacon and the crew were nice enough to put it straight into our toastie. The presentation of this dish was stunning and the flavours just divine.
